All right, everyone, welcome to another edition of Mac Daddy, Patrick McEnroe here, Rich, Big Daddy Selgado there. Fire Department Coffee. We are presented by Volition. Uh, we got Dos Ombres. Apparently, uh Lauren was going after it last night watching the football game, but we'll get into that at another time. And the one and only Pat Leonard back with us here on MacDaddy. He tells us all in his latest article that the Giants, the New York Giants, big blue, will beat the New Orleans Saints. Please explain, Pat, how that's going to happen.

0:37

Patrick, great to be here. The Giants are going to win because they believe, and the New Orleans Saints do not. The Saints owner, Gail Benson, called Kellen Moore, their head coach, Mickey Loomis, their GM, onto the carpet this week. Said it's not good enough. They have a game after this game against the Giants coming up in Paris, France, against the Pittsburgh Steelers. And right now, their owner feels embarrassed. She watched her team against the Atlanta Falcons in the Superdome on the 20th anniversary of Katrina embarrass themselves. Defenders jogging on the field as the Falcons put up 45 points. So they're hungry and desperate, but they're also a team that doesn't have an identity and hasn't figured it out. Whereas I believe that the Giants, with the coaching of John Harbaugh, hey, it hasn't been easy. It's been shaky at times. It's going down to the last play. But Patrick, they just keep showing that they can win, that they can pull it out when the game is on the line. So I see no reason not to pick the Giants to win this game and go to 4-1-1.

1:32

And other teams, Big Daddy, in the NFC East have shown that they cannot win. Okay, and I'm referring to the uh Philadelphia uh Eagles, to the Dallas Cowboys. Now, the Commanders, of course, they tied the Giants last week. What do you make overall of what's happening in the NFC East? And if I have to tell you right now who's going to win the NFC East, what would you say?

1:56

The Giants are going to win the NFC East. I feel that they have the right mentality, they have the right coaching staff, and the players who have bought into it and they're playing harder than they have in the past. So I think the other teams, you know, unfortunately, people get fired, and you know, you don't win, you get fired. So there's some there's some uh probably I would say a couple coaches that are look might be looking for uh employment next year because of the shaky uh season that they're having. And uh look, uh, you know, Lauren and I were laughing. You know, we were talking to Tracy Morgan yesterday, and he bleeds blue, you know, like he loves the Giants. We tried to talk about last night's game to him, and he goes, I don't even know who's playing tonight.

2:45

Like I only know Big Blue. Yeah, you know, I like I I like dropping in the name dropping. That's very, very smooth, Big Daddy. And I also like the fact that the Dose Sobres is now over your uh right shoulder, very, very strong right there. Lauren, did you have something to do with that?

3:03

No, he's he's look, Rich knows the guys that that uh that take care of us, so he takes care of them. He's very, very good about giving back. And speaking of, you brought up, you know, when the last time we had Pat Leonard on, he said, and I'll give him tons of credit because I believe it was about a month ago, he said, you look at that schedule the Giants have, it's awfully similar to what the Patriots had going on last year. At this point of the season, we might see the Giants at four and one. I don't think he said three, one and one, but he did say we could be in this position. And full credit to you, Pat. And now to Pat Trick's point, what do you think about what's going on with the NFC East? Because you got Jalen Hurst out with a blood clot.

3:46

Yep.

3:47

And you got Dallas playing like blood clots. So let's see. What do you think about the NFC, Pat Leonard?

3:54

Well, I I like Big Daddy's pick because the Giants have a lot of momentum here. To your point, I'll take credit for that prediction. I'm not gonna say I predicted that it was gonna be Jameis Winston running the show at the moment, but um I think the Dallas Cowboys, I mean, they can't get out of their own way. I still think it's their division to lose. I don't know, though, if they can fix everything in time. They hired Mike Petton as a defensive assistant, senior defensive assistant to come in and help their overwhelmed defensive coordinator, Christian Parker. And it's really just now a race, I think, for Dallas to figure out how to be competent on that side of the ball because their offense is by far the best side of the ball in the division on either side. Offense, defense, all four teams, but they just they just can't stop anybody. So the Giants right now are picking up important wins, meaningful wins, and including, hey, they didn't beat the commanders, but they didn't lose either. So they still they still don't have a loss in division. And now with Hertz being out, even though Fangio's Eagles defense is formidable, the Eagles are are limping here, and it's still very early in the season for them to be starting to question everything. Um, it's just a fascinating landscape right now in the division, and Big Daddy's right. The the jobs are on the line here. You know, you look at Nick Siriani in Philly if the bottom falls out, you absolutely look at Dan Quinn. I mean, he might get fired at the bye week. They have the San Francisco, your San Francisco 49ers coming up on Monday night football. He might not even be their coach in two weeks after what we saw down in Landover, Maryland. My head is still spinning from watching that. So the Giants do have a chance, but it's it's gonna depend a lot on whether Dallas can get themselves in order, I think.

5:35

It's pretty amazing, too, guys, isn't it? That you got the Eagles who have won a Super Bowl, who've been in another Super Bowl, and everyone's talking about the coach is a disaster. Um, and and and then you got now, and then we saw what happened last night with Seattle losing, so they're now 500, which is uh a shocking to see. Uh what what a what a disastrous performance, offensive performance from the Seahawks last night, Lauren. I know you and I were texting last night. I mean, Sam Darn, I mean, how how in the hell does Sam Darnold win a Super Bowl? I mean, when you're watching what's going on transpiring last night, you're like, oh my god. I mean, I I guess you could maybe sort of say the same about Jalen Hurts. I mean, I get it, he's he's you know, probably a little bit better, but it it's pretty remarkable to see how quickly things can change in the National Football League, Lauren. Would you agree?

6:27

It's it's amazing. Pat and I were talking before when you were on the your call with the International Tennis Hall of Fame, which we're all impressed by. Yeah, look at this guy. Uh it's amazing how it can be. This is the year where one play changes an entire game more than any. I've been wrong on game-ending texts to people uh more than any year ever. It's I don't know why it's so up in the air. I think it does come down to coaching, but yeah, Seattle, you know, shit on themselves. It's not like the Broncos played well. Bo Nick's had the same exact problems that Sam Darnold did. He looked terrible. Uh, credit to the defenses, but yeah, it's uh it's nice as a 49er fan to see Seattle and the Rams three games back in the lost calm, but it's also shocking. Uh Big Daddy, there's no way you thought that the NFC East was going to go this way. In fact, I remember you said you thought that the Niners didn't have a chance this year. And now, barring a Fred Warner injury, aren't they kind of the cream of the crop in the NFC East uh West right now?

7:30

Yeah, they are. I mean, I thought the injuries and everything that was with, especially Shanahan being uh in that accident and everything going on, and the older, you know, pimp and hose. Um I thought uh I didn't think things would go uh as planned, but uh you know what, kudos to them, and that shows what kind of coach Kyle Shanahan is. I mean, you know, that guy's an offensive genius, and he's got that team rolling. I mean, you gotta give credit where it's due. And, you know, shout out to John Lynch, too, because you know, he's the one, he's the chef putting the whole thing together. And between him and Shanahan, they got a winning format. You know, it's just you know, to go back to the last night's game, think about this. I was reading about this early this morning. Uh Sam Darnold, right? He he wins the Super Bowl, but then you got the old, what have you done for me lately? Okay. What happens if they move on from him and they uh they play Drew Locke, and you get rid of Sam Darnold, his next year's deal is not guaranteed. He's supposed to make 35 million next year, and if he's on the team in March, he gets a $10 million bonus. So if he can't keep winning, then hey, they might start thinking about moving on, you know, because they're not going to be locked in to those big two big uh money uh accounts there, the 10 million and the 35 for salary. Big daddy's firing everybody today, Patrick.

9:07

Yeah, this is why Big Daddy is Big Daddy, because he knows these numbers like nobody else when it comes to contracts, insurance, you name it. Got the NFL uh helmet behind him. Where's the NFL shirt, Big Daddy? You go on you go on Fire Department Coffee, one of our sponsors today. We appreciate that. That's big time.

9:24

Of course, of course. You know, you gotta give love back, you know. Look, look, I got my I had it already, so there's my department call.

9:32

Pat, tell us about your podcast in addition to your uh pieces you write for the old the the the the venerable New York Daily News.

9:41

Oh, yeah, thanks. I do talk and ball with Pat Leonard over on YouTube. It's also wherever you get your audio podcasts. We do post-game live chats after every Giants game from the stadium. I come out of the locker room, tell everybody what's going on with the players are telling me what I'm seeing at the stadium. But I'm really excited, Patrick, about this season, our Wednesdays with Wink episode. So that's Wink Martindale, the veteran NFL defensive coordinator, joins me every week to break down the league. We talk a lot of Giants, but we go around the league. We we name an NFL head coach and coordinator of every week. We make upset picks of the week, which by the way, not to flex too much, but I'm five and oh going into week six on outright wins by underdogs. And uh, no, it's just a lot of fun because frankly, Wink is both hilarious and informative. And, you know, I'm learning more football just doing a podcast with Wink Martindale than I do actually covering these teams. So it's a lot of fun.

10:36

Give us your upset of the week here of week six now, as we look ahead to week six, please.

10:40

Yes, so a lot of pressure, obviously, after uh bragging about my record. But I got the Houston Texans, they are underdogs in London at the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags are one of the top, let's say, I don't know, seven teams in the NFL right now. But Houston, they just traded for Marvin Harrison Jr. That's gonna help them slot Nico Collins back where he needs to be in the offense. Their defense got a little taste, even though beating the Titans is nothing to brag about. But they're now feeling themselves. Demico Ryans, the head coach, is calling plays. And I think Jacksonville's offensive line, you could tell, struggled against the Eagles D-line. So facing another good defensive front in Houston. I like the Houston Texans to win outright over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

11:25

So I'm guessing the Jaguars stayed over in London, right? Because they just played the Eagles over there. So you said they must have just they're there for two weeks. Is that the is that the deal?

11:34

They did. I saw Liam Cohen saying that a little bit different. Usually guys leave the facility, go home to their families. Now they're sitting in the dining room playing cards, you know, kind of just passing the time. So maybe some team bonding and my pick doesn't look so good with Houston traveling all the way across the pond. But um, you know, really this is a game where if Houston doesn't win it, Patrick, this division is close to over. So it's one of those scenarios where they just they just have no choice.

11:59

I I I love hearing about the uh other sports uh athletes outside of tennis, you know, complain, you know, not that they're complaining about going overseas because I'm I'm looking up at the uh tennis results now from Shanghai. Medvedev beat Tommy Paul 6'3 in the third, Hodar over Rude, 6'3 in the third to get to the semifinals. Because, you know, I mean this is this is this is normal in tennis, right? This is what we do, Pat. We travel all over the world week to week. Uh the you know, the US Open is over, right? Everyone thinks, oh, the tennis season's over. Uh, not really. They're in Asia, then they'll go to Europe in another week or so. I'll be heading over to Paris to do a little event over there in early November with Yannick Noah, who's in the Hall of Fame, right? Uh you know, it it's it's wild how these these athletes, by the way, I want to also just mention the fact, speaking of other athletes, that the brew crew, the brew, Big Daddy, are in the World Series, having swept the Dodgers, the big bad Dodgers going for the three-piece, and they are done. They are gonzo out in a sweep, Big Daddy. Did you see that coming?

13:11

We did not see them come. I did not. Um I was uh unfortunately, I was out last night trying to uh help a friend and um win an election, and I'll leave it at that.

13:26

But uh the one thing let me guess. No, uh you know, I'm gonna let's leave it in the guess. Yeah, I don't think I will guess.

13:36

Um anyway, you know, the the thing that I liked about the whole uh the whole the brewers is the whole Bowers thing. You know, the guy was ready to hang them up. Yeah, my wife got pregnant. I guess I gotta keep playing. I gotta make some money, signs a what do you call it, a little minor league deal? Then he wins the MVP in the uh you know NLSCS. I mean, what that's a story for a movie.

14:05

Yeah.

14:05

Think about it. I mean, that was great. And it's and uh, you know what? It's great for a small market team to uh advance and and then shows you that you don't need to be the big bad wolf with all the money in the world to win a championship. That's what they're that's what Milwaukee is proving money right now.

14:24

I wonder, I wonder, Lauren, if that will change things when it comes to this, you know, everyone's predicting there's gonna be a lockout, right? Um and I'm predicting it too, because it's to me, even though the Brewers won it, even though you're gonna have maybe the Rays, okay, the Guardians, I mean, those are basically small market teams into the World Series against uh the brew crew, um, it still to me is out of hand what the Dodgers can do, what the Yankees can do, although they've decided not to do it as much. Um do you think this I don't think it will affect what happens with the negotiations, okay? But what do you think? Because you're the expert in this area, Lauren.

15:07

Well, baseball, I it it's a sport of chemistry. So yes, it's beautiful to see teams like small market teams like Cleveland and Tampa Bay and Milwaukee. I'm pulling from Milwaukee because I was roof for the team that's number one, so that story's fabulous. But I I think all of us, and I can't speak for Pat, but when you talk about baseball, I felt like the season was kind of ruined before it even started. You know, everybody was it was it was annoying. They should have a salary cap. There's no reason why there shouldn't be a cap. I think we're all about fairness in sport, Patrick. I know that's a big thing for you. So to see a hegemon like that, sure, they still got to the semifinals of the entire league in a sport that's hard to do that in consistently. So, yeah, at the end of the day, I think there should be a cap. I I understand why baseball's out of control, but they need to rein it in because it's not sustainable. It's not a it's not good, it's not good for a league, it's not good for for the country in terms of what kind of message does that send. You know, the richest, you know, kind of are always there and in the top. So yeah, I'd like to, I'm glad the Dodgers are out. It's kind of and they won the two in a row. I'm sure they'll be the favorites next year. Let's get a cap and let's make the sport fair for everybody so that these small market teams can consistently be in there.

16:24

Do you guys like my lighting? Because my wife told me my lighting was really bad. Um, so I'm gonna change the lighting on my little thing here. What what what Pat, what's it which is best? Is that better?

16:35

Um, I would say it's the lighting in the back that's the issue. You want light in front of you and nothing in the back.

16:40

What I was trying to highlight, my I was trying to highlight my one title I won on the tour. You see, right? That's my one ATP title, Pat. One freaking.

16:49

And pal, he's married, he's married to a Broadway star, so the lighting is it's never gonna be perfect.

16:54

I mean, I got a lot of issues here, Pat. All right, issue when we we come to issues in the NFL, okay? Who has the most issues of the teams right now? As you you you did your podcast on Wednesday, you follow this nonstop with the wink. Tell me who's got the most issues right now, and who is the most surprising to you of what you've seen so far through five weeks.

17:16

Well, the the most issues, I mean, the the Titans are just about 31st and everything offensively, with former Giants coach Brian Dable running the show. They are terrible. Um, the San the San I was gonna say San Diego, the Los Angeles Chargers.

17:30

Right, I mean, that is San Diego, by the way. That's a joke.

17:33

It absolutely should. And that that's a combination of I wouldn't say I thought they were gonna win their division or anything, but the bottom falling out on Justin Herbert and Jim Harbaugh, who has a history of if he's not winning at all, he's at least keeping things.

17:47

And then not to interrupt you. I saw they brought in Adam Gase to be an offensive assistant. What are you doing? I mean, like something's not going on, something's not clicking over there. No, they're bringing that guy in.

18:02

And and he looks Harbaugh looks lost at the podium, too, Big Daddy. Like, he always has an answer for everything, right? He he is saying to to us, to the public, I don't know. I don't know how to dig this team out of this, I don't know what's going to be the message that's going to turn this around. And so you talk about people whose jobs are on the line. That offensive coordinator, uh Mike McDaniel, definitely um in a lot of trouble. I'm interested, Patrick, too, in watching. So the Niners, we just talked about, they're a well-oiled machine, right? Like Big Daddy said, like they are humming on all cylinders, they're well coached, they're buttoned up, and it's rolling. Look at the teams who can challenge them right now. I know it's still early, but like the Bills and the Rams playing that game the other night, they both have exciting offenses, some top players in the NFL, but they're stubbing their toe, right? Special teams for the Rams, tackling for the Rams in that game. The Bills' defense is frankly just not very good. I mean, it's amazing that they're winning games with how their defense is playing under Jim Leonard, still learning that system. So I'm fascinated in seeing like in this has gone in three weeks from hey, there's five or six or seven teams here who are gonna fight it out, to I'm looking at the Chiefs and the Niners right now, and it's everybody else, which it feels funny to say, like what, three, four years ago, it felt like it was gonna be Chiefs Niners for the last decade and it kind of bounced around a little bit. But now those two teams are are uh kind of rising above, it feels like.

19:33

Can you explain this to me, Big Daddy? The Giants are at home, okay, this Sunday against the Saints. They're three-one and they're three, one-and-one. They're playing the one and four Saints. And as I look at my ESPN app right now, the Saints are a one and a half point favorite. Please explain.

19:56

Well, you know, everyone who makes up these uh points uh spreads and whatnot, I always laugh because I always say, I've never seen a poor bookie. You know, think about it. Have you ever seen a poor bookie? They know what they're talking about, they know what they're doing. Now, the points spreads don't really mean anything anyway, because that's only for the gambling purposes. Uh as a bookie once explained it to me. I'm like, but that one team's better than the other team. How can you just like you said, how are the Saints favor? Right. Hey, listen, that's some procrastinator or uh I'm not using the right word.

20:36

Uh prognosticator, yeah, you got it.

20:39

Yeah, no, I I believe you. I I didn't uh I didn't uh doubt you, but the Giants will win, and uh I that's how I feel, and I'm going and I'm gonna be there to watch them win.

20:53

My uh my informed speculation on this is first of all, the interesting thing is not just that they're underdogs, it's that they opened as two and a half point favorites, and it swung three points to the Saints. That is a large swing with not much going on, and with you playing a one and four team, right? That's so strange. I think, and what we don't know all of the details of this yet. I think it's injury related on the Giants end, like Abdul Carter, Andrew Thomas, those guys have mispractices. Thomas has been playing through those injuries. Their corner, Greg Newsome, he's going to play, I imagine, but like he has a groin. I think this has something to do with something we don't all know that has gotten back to some of these people who are throwing heavy money down. Um, and you know, the Giants, I can tell you, they they think they can run the ball in the Saints in this game. They and they they haven't been able to run the ball, so they think they can run it. But Shuck and the and the Saints can throw it all over the yard. Um, it is an it is a very interesting line, though. I I have the same Um curiosity that you do, Patrick. And I found it very interesting that Denard Wilson, the defensive coordinator for the Giants, he brought it up without anybody asking about it. He said, by the way, we like being underdogs at home because everybody counts us out. So the Giants have it on the bulletin board right now.

22:15

Yeah, well, they should. And I'm looking at the rest of the schedule. I'm just looking at the rest of the schedule. Go ahead.

22:21

All right. No, I was saying that uh I was about to say that, you know, we we have not talked about, you know, uh your Jets. You know, that's a big weekend for them. You know, they're going into New England, and um I I think if they ride momentum, they might be able to pull it out. I mean, it would be a monumental win for them as far as getting building what the Giants have. They have Giants have winning momentum. The Jets need to do the same thing, they need to gain winning momentum. And and then I spoke with uh Marty Lions the other night, and he was saying the same thing. He was saying the Jets now that they won this past weekend, they got a little taste of winning. They have to keep getting that taste to get them over the hump.

23:13

Yeah, it's a huge game for your team, Patrick.

23:16

They have I I I'm not saying I agree with you. There shouldn't be dogs. I mean, come on. I mean, they're going to be able to do that.

23:22

But if they do, then they got the Dolphins and the Raiders winnable games. It's a huge, this is a this is paramount for them this week. I I agree with you because I don't think they're going in there to win.

23:34

I don't think if they did, it's actually not a not a lot of great games this weekend, though, Pat. I mean, I'm looking at the schedule. I mean, you got Steelers at the Bucks. I mean, the Bucks finally got off to Schneid. They're one and four. Steelers are two and a half point favorite on the road.

23:50

Oh, like the Bills and Raiders.

23:53

I mean, I I I I love the Bills there. Uh, when will we see Mendoza as a starter? Uh, you know, we were kind of like people were kind of saying at the beginning of the season, including our buddy Brad Gilbert, he's a big Raiders guy, you know, week six, week seven, Pat. Um, do you I don't think that's gonna happen this week. Um, but you know, they they're still three and two. They're bills four and one on the road. What do you make of that matchup?

24:19

Yeah, I was surprised that Mendoza got in that game. I know, I know it got out of hand, but I can tell you they're very excited about about him. They also, you know, despite being the number one pick, they see a young player who needs some time and needs some time to see the field like an NFL quarterback. And they're also, Patrick, you know this, like you could say that, but all these teams then start to feel the pressure to get the kid on the field. You know, Kubiak there in with the Raiders, uh, the way I see it is he's doing right by the kid and he's determined not to rush it. But what I can tell you is if he does get put on the field, it won't be because they're throwing in the towel or don't believe in cousins. It will be because they have decided now, let's say a month, two months in, he's ready. Like that, and that that'll be that'll be it. Him going in at the late part of that game tells me that he's getting there. That's you know, I I mean, this would not be the game. But um yeah, it tells me that he's close.

25:22

I want to talk about Mendoza's college team and that big game they got.

25:26

Oh, I was just going there. You host an Ohio State. You don't think I know what I'm doing here, Lord? I'm sorry, I acquiesce. I mean, come on, of course, Ohio State on the road at Indiana, Big Daddy, Signetti and Company, five and six and oh, Ohio State's five and one, ranked four and five respectively. And the Buck Guys get this on the road, three and a half point favorite over Signetti and Company. What say you about this college matchup? Because I know you're always dialed in to these college players, which are now essentially professional players, so therefore you're selling them insurance like you do to the NFL players. So it's opened up a whole can of worms for you, too. It's great.

26:13

Uh yes, I love NIL. I love NIL. You know, God bless NIL. But uh, you know, I I could see Ohio State going in there blowing them out, and the reason why is because he is gonna want to make a statement their head gun. Brian is gonna want to make a statement, he is gonna want to show America that Ohio State has not lost a step. And uh granted, I love Signetti. I think he's a great coach. I love his personality, I love his dry wit humor. I mean, who you know, I love what he says. Who am I? Google me. I win, you know. I love that, and I actually stole that too. I've used that a few line a few times, but you know, that that game, uh that one, and I'll tell you the other game is uh Notre Dame and BYU. Yeah, that's a big game. And I, you know, listen, Notre Dame's going in there, they're not used to playing in that you know, that altitude and all that, especially at night. So that game, it's gonna be interesting to see um how MD plays up there against BYU because BYU is good, they got a good team, great coach. I mean, that coach, that coach's name was up there for jobs. Penn State wanted them, and you know, he turned it down.

27:36

Do you have the reposado there, Big Daddy, with your dos ombre's bottles, or do you just have the Mes Calder? We do have the uh Reposado? Yep, I got the save that for me, okay, because that's next level. And I saw that our guy was over in uh London apparently uh selling it with Mr. Cranston. Uh Pat, uh there's another big uh college game this weekend, okay. There's a few big ones. Obviously, you got Florida State, Miami, uh, North Carolina at Duke, which I just got the email because my daughter goes to Duke, so I'm on the list because I've been to a couple of games there. Normally I go to the North Carolina Duke basketball game, but apparently the football game has sold out, okay? Because Coach Belichick had a huge win for beat his first, I think, top 25 team last week with Carolina going to Durham, about a 20-minute drive. But here's the one I really want to talk about, okay? My Stanford Cardinal at home against Elon. And my Cardinal has taken some serious beatings. They're a 35 and a half point favorite against Elon at home. What? What I mean, you didn't think you were gonna get asked about Stanford and Elon, did you, Pat?

28:49

I'll tell you what. I so Paulson Adibo from the Giants went to Stanford, okay?

28:55

Yep.

28:56

After my Irish beat them 58 to 7.

28:59

Oh, brutal.

29:00

I walked up to Paulson and I decided it it would have been too mean to even bring up. I just said hello and walked right by him. It's not even worth talking trash right now. Oh my god. But I like, hey, I like the get right spot for your Cardinal. I like it.

29:14

It's it's absolutely painful.

29:16

Whoa, ready? Here's the game of the weekend. Let me hear. And and I also want to know what the ticket price for this game costs. Rutgers at Maryland. Uh, you could get in for $7.50, I think. Uh it went it it's not that high. It's only four dollars now. It went down to four. Yeah, it went down four dollars. All right. Well, um that one that one you got two guys playing for their jobs, uh, unfortunately, and you know, I'm pretty close to both guys, so it's uh you know, that's uh that uh that's uh one is one and four, the other one is two and four, I believe. Uh yeah, one and four and two and rookers is one and four. They only beat Howell. They haven't even beat a Division 118. And Maryland's two and four. So uh, and I say that jokingly about big games, but uh, you know, it's it's not it's not Alabama, Tennessee. I could say that.

30:10

Definitely not, or Alabama, Georgia, which was a hell of a game last week. All right, Lauren, before we go and let Pat go, uh, game of the week for you on the NFL. Is it the Cowboys at the Packers on Sunday night? What's the game you're most looking forward to this weekend?

30:24

Packers, Cowboys, because again, the that that was again, I was very nice to remind everybody about Pat's amazing prediction, but let's not let him off completely because he predicted the Cowboys were gonna be in the Super Bowl. And if they fall, you right, if they lose this game, Pat, that's not a good look for the Cowboys. They're in deep shit. So uh you set it up, Lauren. You set me up. Yeah, I kind of I kind of did a little bit. Sorry about that. But that's that's gonna be a challenge, right? Don't you think? How are they gonna get out of that? How are they gonna get out of their own way? The Cackers look good, they don't even have Micah back.

30:57

I I agree. I think the games of the week are Cowboys-Packers. I think that Texans Jaguars is a big one because, like I said, the division either gets uh reset or or maybe ends. And honestly, I think Dan Quinn, you know, is probably coaching for his job in the Monday night game against the Niners. So it might not be a close game, but it will be a significant game. Bears Falcons is the one maybe to um, if you're just watching for some entertainment, you know, two offenses who have some explosiveness and firepower, and defenses who maybe won't stop anybody for a couple quarters here and there. That's the one to watch for some entertainment. But uh man, that Cowboys Super Bowl pick not looking good, man. You got me good there.

31:35

P-Mac, do you do you know who Jalen Hurts's replacement is?

31:39

I don't know.

31:41

I'll give you a hint. He played on the farm.

31:44

Oh, he played at Stanford? Come on.

31:46

He's yeah, his name's Tanner McKee.

31:49

Okay, all right. So that's that's uh circle that game. Yeah, what's going on in the farm and as far as far as football is concerned is not um is not pretty. He is Pat Leonard. We will know. Yeah, we appreciate him joining us. Rich Big Daddy Salgado, getting it done for us day in, day out. Talked to Tracy Morgan yesterday. We have some clips of that. We are presented by Volition, everyone. We are sponsored by Fire Department Coffee, by Dos Ombres, Lauren Emery, getting it done for us. Let's get a quick shot of Andrew, our man behind the scenes, making it happen. Where's the missus? Where's Marina? Where's the cat? Where's Dilligan? Give me a second.

32:32

The cat's next to me. Marina's she's off today, so she's sleeping.

32:35

Marina's working taking care of everyone's mental health, which we love. The cat's right here. I want to see the cat, though. That don't want to want to say I love this cat. A little Dilligan right there.

32:44

This cat's like gonna get better ratings than all of us.

32:46

Wait, I got my dog right here, my pepper over here.

32:51

Love it. By the way, Kyle Leonard, is there is there an easier guy to talk to than Patrick Macaro and Big Daddy?

32:58

Big Pepsi right here.

32:59

Oh, he's got a little is that a little sweater?

33:01

He's got the tongue out, he's got the oh good boy. Good boy.

33:05

No place like home.

33:06

No place like home. We are we are your home. We are MacDaddy. We're your home for everything, sports and culture, and we'll see you next week, everyone.

33:16

Volition America is an authentic, disruptive brand of clothing that ultimately gives back. So every time the consumer makes a choice to buy Volition America, they're changing their lives, but they're also changing the life of a military or first responder family benefiting Folds of Honor. And that is a combination that, quite frankly, does not exist in the world.

33:48

Confident without trying too hard. Interesting the second they walk into a room. Maybe a little smoky, maybe a little dangerous. You know, effortlessly charismatic. Not everyone has that. Some people build it over time, others are just born with it. I wouldn't know anything about that, of course. Go zombre. Strip away the noise.

34:21

Hey, I bet you're asking yourself why is Jason running down the road with delicious fire department coffee? Well, that's because Fett was hogging all the tasty FDC, so I took it upon myself to relieve him of my favorite caffeinated brew. So good. Yes! Now, this incredible coffee that not only tastes amazing but also gives back to firefighters is oh maybe not yet.
